Accelerated junctional rhythm












The rhythm is regular with a heart rate of 75/min.   The P waves are negative but are associated with a QRS complex.   No ectopic beats are noted.   PR:  .16 sec,  QRS:  .12 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.

Atrial fibrillation













The rhythm is irregular with a ventricular rate of 70/min.   No P waves are evident.   The R-R interval is regularly irregular.   Two unifocal PVCs are seen.   PR:  ---,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.

The rhythm is regular.   The rate is 45/min.   The P waves are retrograde and precede the QRS complex.  No ectopic beats are noted.   PR:  .20 sec,  QRS:  .08 sec,  QT:  .40 sec.

2nd degree block type I












The rhythm is irregular.   The rate is 50/min.   The P waves are upright and uniform.   There is a dropped P wave after the 4th complex.   The PR interval get progressively longer over successive beats.   No ectopic beats are noted.  PR:  .24/.32/.36/.42 sec,  QRS.  .08 sec,  QT:  .48 sec

Normal sinus rhythm 


The rhythm is regular with a rate of 100/min.   The P waves are small, upright, and precede the QRS complex.   No ectopic beats are noted.   A 0.4 sec Q wave is present.  The ST segment is steeply down slopping and the T wave is very tall.   PR:  .16 sec,  QRS:  .12 sec,  QT:  .36 sec.
